Who We Are
We are primarily a training organisation with a consortium of professional consultants and trainers working together in one house, My Tutoring House. A locally registered business offering a full scope of training, recruiting and administrative services. Our founder and owner has nearly 19 years’ experience in hospitality management, has lived and worked in France, Cuba and the Dominican Republic, spearheaded the opening of Canadian consular services in Montego Bay, Jamaica and coordinated varying projects of an international nature.
What We Do
We partner with the top luxury hotel brands and gourmet restaurants across Jamaica’s North Coast. We provide them with trained, ready to hire supervisory staff, in the discipline of restaurant management.
Our training programs are not the only avenues for development. We believe in partnerships. They include, private sector entities, visa and immigration consultancy, other vocational centres, established hotel chains, tourism stakeholders, and entertainment businesses. These partnerships serve to help advance self-worth, build economic self-sufficiency and provide pathways to immigration. It is our belief that young people of working age need clear guidance on how to facilitate their own growth. The service industry in Jamaica is approximately 70% of its GDP. We imagine a future where our service skills become a real facilitator for foreign direct investment.
