General Admission- Professional Development
No qualifications are required for admission to the professional development programs; however, applicants are required to do entrance tests (Writing Skills, Numerical Skills, Psychometric tests). Please note that these programs follow either a H.E.A.R.T or City and Guilds, London curriculum.
Three (3) CXC/O Level subjects or equivalent including Mathematics are required for admission to the Diploma level. Working persons without the requisite subjects are required to have at least two (2) years industry experience with submission of a professional portfolio in order to be admitted to the Diploma level.
In accordance with our commitment to quality control, we will appoint a customer service point of contact (POC) for all trainees who have completed our program. Their activities are as follows:
One point of contact dedicated to each business partner
The POC will be accessible via phone and email Mon-Sun between 8 AM and 8 PM.
The POC is the liaison person on site and is responsible for responding to all queries received both from client and candidate.
The POC will conduct on site visits (mutually arranged)
POC will generate a monthly report for distribution to MTH
In addition to this appointment, we will incorporate KPIs (key performance indicators) that will be used as a benchmark to our progress.
